“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”

“Our stay was great overall! The studio room was modern, clean, and everything felt brand new. The only issues we encountered were with the bathroom electrical system and parking. When using the hair dryer, the bathroom lights and outlets would occasionally trip the breaker. Thankfully, the electrical panel was easily accessible, allowing us to reset it ourselves. Parking was also somewhat challenging. While there appeared to be plenty of spaces in the front lot, many were blocked off. If you……

“选择酒店的原因主要是因为第二天一早要赶早班的飞机，酒店离机场很近，酒店的套房设施齐全，干净卫生，蛮方便的。特别需要提出称赞的是酒店的服务人员非常热情和负责任，在办理入住的时候主动和我核对第二天一早酒店去机场接驳车的时间并提前安排好衔接工作。第二天清晨，接驳车准时到达并守候，司机热情主动搬运行李。虽然仅仅住了一晚，但对酒店的服务品质印象深刻，下一次还会入住。”
