“Room was clean and comfortable. Could have used 2 people at the front desk on a Friday evening. There was a line of 5 people waiting to check in while the clerk was assisting a customer on the phone. ”

“Room was great but there was a hair in the mixing bowls. Staff was so nice and helpful. Loved the kitchenette and all of the supplies to cook. ”

“We have stayed here before and had no real issue with anything but this time our room temperature was impossible to control. It was either hot or cold. Additionally, a bathroom shelf was off the wall and it had not been repaired or replaced. One of the elevators has a down button that will not work - that was true last year as well. This is a clean and comfortable place to stay but it appears no one is focused on needed maintenance.”

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
