“Parking is a nightmare here. Be warned. I went to check-in and they had overbooked the rooms. The gentleman at the desk asked if I was ok to switching to a different room (did I really have a choice? It was almost 10pm). He offered me drink tickets (I don’t drink) to make up for it, or coffee vouchers, then offered to comp my parking which was extremely nice of him because he could have basically said “take it or leave it.” The elevator was extremely slow (frustrating after driving 12 hours),……

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“One & done. It wasn’t very clean. This location does not have an elevator. The carpet on the stairs was icky with food and crumbs all over. Our room had an old musky/smoke smell to it. The phone in the room was sticky and the remote didn’t work. We walked down the hallway and there was dog pee in front of a nearby room that was never cleaned up. The pool looked like a crime scene. It had trash and dirty towels thrown all over. I'm glad we needed just one night here. We passed on the pool and the……

“This was the last night on a ten day tour of Colorado. Even though this was a lower end Inn, the price, customer service, and the Mexican across the street (not next to the Inn) were one if the best of the ten days. If we are in the area again, we will stay there again 100%.”
