“暖氣聲音太吵雜，睡不著覺”

“Room was clean and you can smell the freshness of the bedsheets and towels. The staff was very helpful. We check in late but there is a number u call and the staff will come and get you checked in. We ask for the location of the ice machine and by the time when took all our belonging inside the room, he came by with a container of ice. That was very thoughtful of him. The breakfast was great. It has almost everything and it is worth the price.”

“The room was comfortable, the bed was good, and it was clean and quiet; however, it lacked blackout curtains to block out the light. The bathtub and sink were too high—the bathtub was actually somewhat dangerous because the sides are very high to step over, and the floor gets slippery when wet since there is no way to adjust the shower spray.”

“One & done. It wasn’t very clean. This location does not have an elevator. The carpet on the stairs was icky with food and crumbs all over. Our room had an old musky/smoke smell to it. The phone in the room was sticky and the remote didn’t work. We walked down the hallway and there was dog pee in front of a nearby room that was never cleaned up. The pool looked like a crime scene. “Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. When I booked on Expedia, it was marked as including breakfast, but later I……

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“There was a 2 bed, 2 bath option which worked out for our family + Mother In-Law very well. On-line description did not do this suite justice as I thought it was a 2 bed, 1 bath, so I was pleasantly surprised. Bathroom could have been cleaner- but I am meticulous when I clean so my standards are pretty high. Breakfast was a huge plus- oatmeal was very watery one day, condiments were a little inconsistent- Honey was available one day for oatmeal and not the next etc...”

“We took a 7 day road trip from Long Beach to Cheyenne. The 2 most expensive luxury hotels were my least favorite. Although the Maxwell Anderson was beautifully designed and decorated, the rooms were small. I would have preferred a table for 2 seating as opposed to an extra large dresser. The room was made for 1 person, not 2. 1 bottle of water, 1 chair to sit on. The bed was comfortable.”
