「The property was prefect for our family size, just the living room table was a bit of an issue . But overall it was the prefect location for my bday weekend.」

「Perfect place! everything is remodeled and updated, had washer and dryer (we didn't need but nice), kitchen with even coffee / tea, laundry supplies, shower supplies, dishes, just really pleasant.」

「Lots of extra touches that were appreciated. Close to town and an easy walk to the beach. Listing should note that floors are sloped and can be perilous if mobility is at all an issue with guests.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups with getting the Playstation and TV to work but we found the remote in the master bedroom a couple days later. There was cut glass on top of the ice maker. We didn't realize it until my son cut his finger and my daughter ended up with glass in her water bottle. Kinda scary but grateful it wasn't any worse than it could be. Other than the little hiccups, it really was a beautiful home to stay in. My 3 teens and myself loved the jetted tub...

「Very nice home with hot tub, fire pit and in great location. Quite neighborhood and walkable to beach and shopping (it was 1.2 miles round trip walking). 」

「The house was artfully decorated. The area was very quiet. 」

「The view was fabulous, sloped driveway a little awkward. 」

「Very quiet. Family friendly. Easy to the beach. Had what we needed and the hot tub was nice to have after getting chilly at the beach. 」

「It was a beautiful stay. Everything was wonderful!」

「Nice size place for family. Plenty of supplies for beach, cooking, activities... Quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to beach. Quick drive to Rockaway main drag/shops/restaurants. Great information about check-in, directions, procedures, and safety provided by host. Issues: Dead spiders and spider webs in every crevice behind furniture and in window seals. Dusty. If you have allergies to dust, bugs, or dogs, this home isn't for you. Also, we were not advised up front about the local water...

「It was a beautiful condo. The view from the deck was great. The kitchen had everything. Very nice bathroom and bedrooms were large. Only complaint wasm furniture is not comfortable in living room.」

「Great condo by the beach! Our little family loved our stay. 」

「Loved that the porch overlooked the ocean, but wasn’t happy that the rain heavily dripped through from the balcony above. T」
