“Perfect little spot for a couple. The host was so friendly and nice. We really enjoyed it here, and perfect place to stay in the city with everything in walking distance. We will for sure book this again comming back. Also, book the parking through them, much cheaper than parking tickets in the city. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a family owned and operated hotel and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Great location…easy to walk to all amenities. The included breakfasts were also exceptional. The secured car parking lot is 0.7 kms away from the hotel, however, they will shuttle you back and forth in a moments notice. We highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we come to Rovinj. ”

“Es war alles super. Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer war klein, aber die Quadratmeter wurden ja auch angegeben. Wir wurden sogar vom Parkplatz abgeholt und mit einem Golfcart direkt zur Unterkunft gefahren. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigen (Föhn, Kühlschrank, Safe, Klimaanlage). Tolle Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, etc. ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personen, die z.B bemängeln, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, haben einfach nicht richtig gelesen. ”

“Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. Walking into the city in the evening is about 10 minutes, just know you walk uphill to get back to Guesthouse Esma. We stayed in the single queen bed room which is……

“Quiet, safe neighborhood just a block off Carrera street and 2 from the water front. Beautiful, clean apartment as shown on web site. Suzannna was great and check in easy. Definitely would stsy here again! ”

“Our hostess, Claudia, was incredibly welcoming. She advised the perfect dining experience, Spritz place and affordable parking. Unit does need coffee maker !! and instructions on how to operate the tiny stove. Could see the water from the bed and small balcony. The small unit is just lovely and the town is second to none. DO read up on the church and its dedication to a female !”

“Leiligheten var lys og moderne med mange kunsteriske detaljer og artig interiør. Kjøkkenet var dårlig utstyrt i forhold til å lage varm mat, for eksempel dårlig stekepanne og ikke stekespade, men det fungerte greit med brødmat. Gode senger, to ok bad og en sofa å slappe av i. Veldig sentral beliggenhet i hjertet av gamlebyen. Passer fint for venner eller familie, men ikke for folk med dårlige ben, da det er veldig mange trapper å bære koffertene, både i gangen og i leiligheta. Litt vanskelig med……

“The photos do not do it justice. This place was so wonderful!! Rovinj is a most charming town and this place was no exception. The entrance is on the busy walking street which made it easy to get to everything, but once inside it’s very private. Dominik was extremely helpful and welcoming. He and his wife made an incredible breakfast. We loved everything about this place!!”
