“Great stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting bathroom setup but everything is clean and staff is willing to fix anything shortly after requested. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay. “The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and newly renovated, housekeeping cleaned promptly when requested and they were more than happy to provide extra towels upon request. The breakfast was always yummy and freshly prepared. Given the location of the hotel, the sound wasn’t too bad. Cairo is a loud city so if you need silence to sleep, being ear plugs. Or maybe Cairo isn’t the city for you. I’m glad we stayed downtown as we really got to experience Cairo and not……

“The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. ”

“We hadden vanuit de kamer/bed een super mooi uitzicht op de piramides. Heel uniek en bijzonder wakker worden! Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, met name Zayan die al onze uitstapjes top en op maat heeft geregeld, super ervaring met driver Achmed en gids Ayoo! Maar ook de restaurant rooftop met geweldig uitzicht en de bediening Sabri, Ali, Ashraf maakten onze reis onvergetelijk en Rasha van de receptie en de andere dames waren echt TOP! Kortom een echte aanrader. Het is geen groot hotel maar……
