“Zero stars. This was one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived after a long flight from Toronto only to be told there was no room available. I was left waiting in the lobby for hours while staff scrambled to “find” a room. The room they eventually showed me had no running water, no Wi-Fi, a power outage, and more than 14 live bugs crawling on the bed — all witnessed by the manager and room attendant. I was forced to leave and pay for another……
