"We booked a room at this hotel to have a relaxing weekend away, initially after booking, the hotel called and claimed that they only received a partial payment from Expedia, so I contacted Expedia and they tried contacting the hotel but were unsuccessful. We tried connecting with the hotel again and they then claimed that there was no booking at all and that they hadnt received any payment from Expedia. "Checking in was not fun as the staff did not have my reservation on record. They had to call someone for confirmation and i wasn't happy about that. Overall, the staff were friendly, nice and very helpful."
