"The room was clean and spacious the refrigerator was big enough to purchase a sizable amount of groceries for the length of time I was there. The complimentary Breakfast was outstanding!!! "

"The food was excellent, 5 star!!! and the restaurant was open late (great for travelers). Only minor complaints - could not find the Wi-Fi connection for the internet - and there were no glasses in the room (to rinse after brushing your teeth). "

"Freshly renovated, the property looks good. It is within an area that is being. Renovated, so some local construction exist. Rooms were large and clean, and the property has large, mature trees, that shade virtually every parking spot. Really comes in handy in the sun!"

"We were looking for a place to spend the night near a venue and found this place. What a find! The inn was neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a treat. The Inn is in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend for a night, a long weekend or a vacation. "

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"

"This property is so beautiful! Take a ride back in time! Beautiful antiques, very unique rooms and amazing friendly staff! My wife and i stayed 1 night in the Opal room for our wedding anniversary and we loved it. We had a nice bottle of wine and a wedding anniversary card from the staff. Such a nice intention. We loved the everything about the house. So much history! Thank you again and we already miss you"
