“There was no one there to meet us, help out or talk with. ….only a phone number to text if there was a problem. We were given a code for the front door and the key to our room was in the door to our room. Our room, #6, had a stand alone tub with a lip that was 30 inches high. We are in our late 70’s and neither of us could climb into to tub to take a shower. So we did without showers for 3 days. And there was nothing on the tub bottom to keep you from slipping. “This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.”

The location was perfect and central enough that we could visit other beaches during the day and still be back home the same evening. “I loved how clean it was. They kept the pool and the Jacuzzi’s really clean. The rooms were clean as well. Only thing there should be fresh towels delivered daily to the room and fresh bedsheets. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.”

“Location was good. Parking was bad. Alley was too narrow to get to the parking. Need more mirrors in the house. They only had one mirror in the bathroom for entire house. Curtains were too dusty.”

As soon as we got there we found out from the condo office that it was closed due to harmful minerals in pool water. We messaged that back to the person we booked from and they never messaged us back again during our stay. There is also no air conditioner or any fans in condo.
