“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Breakfast was okay—pretty generic. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice, although the heater worked the first day and not the second. A nice bonus was the free sauna and cold plunge, which we really enjoyed and thought was a great added feature. The location is about 10 minutes from downtown Sedona, so if you don’t want to rent a car, I would recommend staying downtown instead. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay, especially if you have a car and don’t mind a……

“Our two-night stay at Cliff Castle was very enjoyable. The Cafe gave us large portions for every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the food was delicious. Plenty variety of different slot machines to choose from. The entire staff was friendly, and the property was very clean. This is a great place to stay. ”
