"新しいエリアである臨港エリアでのイベントに呼ばれたため前泊に利用。価格と比べてとてもきれいで快適な施設。 ホテル施設には全く不満はないが、レストランやコンビニといった近隣施設はまだ少ない点が不便に感じました。まだまだ開発中のエリアなので今後開発が進むことで近隣施設が充実することを期待します。"

"1. Hotel had no air cool as they were in heating mode (can not have both) so the room was very hot and they asked me to open the window which also did not solve the problem as air was hot too. 2. No vegetarian food consideration in fact the staff did not even understand what is vegetarian food in breakfast time and too much struggle to communicate. The spoons kept in front of dish bowls, breakfast time, were less than the number of bowls so people were mixing the spoons means use same for meat...

"Hotel was booked including breakfast from hotels.com The personnel told my wife (after she had picked her breakfast!) sorry your room has no breakfast. Very unpleasant experience in front of other guests. Never again at this hotel."

"The kids love the kids bed in the family room. Grateful to have early check in as we had an overnigt flight. Convenient location beside the snow world and water park."

"The room is huge and the bathroom is a luxury! Bed is comfortable and this is the only hotel that gave me the best sleep! Good privacy and quiet within the hotel. Staff at the ski concierge are polite and provide good refreshments for us to take a break. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is sooo good, all ingredients served are so fresh. I regret for not staying longer so I will be back again. "
