「Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war toll. Wir waren zu früh da und durften trotzdem sofort einchecken. 😊 Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön, wenn auch klein. In der Tür war leider eine Ritze, so dass Mücken und die Hitze immer rein können und der Weg zur Unterkunft ist extrem steil hier muss gut aufgepasst werden. Wir würden es trotzdem weiterempfehlen ☺️」

「Place was very nice and well located. 10 min walk to the Ballena National Park entrance. It was very warm and no fan strong enough to keep windows opened so we had to use air conditioning and leave curtains closed. So we did no feel like staying very long inside. No private exterior area to Relax but there was a great common area with deep pool ! I do recommand if the only thing you need is sleep and shower. 」

「Close to the Nat. Park without being right in all the traffic.The pool and dining room were nice. Dining room closed Tuesdays so went next door to eat -not a good choice as we are still feeling it.」

「Sasha is a lovely host. Very attentive. We loved the grounds. Talk about paradise. Beautifully landscaped. Our economy cabin was very private. We wake to animals and birds within the dense foliage. Cabin had all you need. Well stocked amenities. The pool area was very nice to relax in and spot birds on your life list. 」

「This property is beautiful, tasteful, understated and in the jungle. It is small and intimate with only a few villas and attentive hosts. Villas are not large but are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. This place is a real find. Our stay was great in every way. 」

「Sunset Lodge truly did have one of the best views in Drake bay! It’s worth spending a little more to get the bungalow with the pool. It was great hanging out on the deck after a day at the beach or doing a guided activity. Also, if you like birding it’s a great spot to sit and watch! We had parrots and macaws flying over and landing in the trees right next to the bungalow. There were several local iguanas that live in the trees as well! We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin which had two AC minisplits...
