The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. "Yes, the room had a great view of the ocean and downtown Puerto Montt. This property has seen better days. The room seems a bit worn and although comfortable, very basic with no added amenities. I had continuous hot water, a smoking terrace so you didn't have to go out the front (very important since Puerto Montt- especially at night- can be dangerous) and a buffet style breakfast. "
