「My sister & I attendance was okay. But. I’m 78 years old & there’s no bath mats or slip skids in the tub. I kept slipping & held onto only ONE hand bar on the OTHER side of the tub. Very unsafe. I asked at the desk if they supplied those and was NO that they don’t supply tub mats. No hand grip to hold to step into the tub.」

「When I first looked at this property, it showed breakfast was included. That was one of the main reasons why we picked this specific location and when we arrived, it was not included. The property was difficult to find. We were looking for Best Western and the building was labeled large with The Tides ( very small underneath was Best Western) and that’s challenging as you’re driving and unfamiliar with the area.
