「Spent halloween weekend there. insane prices for what was provided. air conditioning control didn’t really work at all. you have to pay for a microwave in your room. also have to pay for a morning buffet but do NOT eat the food there it is all bad. the room was clean however we were in one of the top suites of the hotel. staff was nice and helpful.」

「From check in to check out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were so friendly and checked us in early without any hesitation. The rooms are huge, plenty of space and so clean. Ordered dinner one night from the restaurant and it was delicious. Perfect stay!」

「Part of my business trip, was offered with a clean room」

「Staff was not trained to use software at check in which made the process take 20 minutes per guest with incorrect rooms assigned. Rooms had luke warm water, breakfast was not stocked properly and had out of date items as well as poor tasting/old tasting coffees, juices, soured milk and water. rooms were in poor condition. bedding was dirty and stained on arrival, toilet flushed continuously all night. as well as moldy fixtures and aggressively dusty and sticky floors. would not recommend staying...

Also, the electric needs maintenance - three plugs did not work in my room , so I was drying my...

「This is like my tenth time visiting this hotel. I often visit here when I need somewhere to unwind. Each time feels better than the first time. My teenage daughter loves to hang out here, with me and her best friend . There are plenty of stores, restaurants and a movie theater. It is safe so they shop and hang out. “Hyatt we say”!!!!」

「The room is very quiet, parking is convenient, and the dining experience is also very good.」
