This hotel was in disrepair. The wall paint, especially in the bathroom, was peeling. The room did not appear to have been cleaned and stocked. Towels were limited to on e per person and poorly stacked. There were no washcloths or hand towels. The beds were uncomfortable and old, I think. I could hear the springs when I moved. Traffic and train noise kept me awake. The hall carpets were stained and dirty. I thought that we were staying in a Holiday Inn. When I went to the website, the hotel was listed by another name. Maybe they were not meeting Holiday Inn standards. I do not recommend this place. I have booked through Expedia for years, and this is my first disappointment.

The room was disgusting, dirty, smelled absolutely terrible of marijuana and mold. Visible black mold in the room, dirty sheets that were not changed between guests. Avoid this place at all costs, spend the extra $75 and go with a name brand hotel.

Booked last minute as an overnight rest stop. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly, which were the only positives. Unfortunately, the hotel was very rundown and poorly maintained. Upon entering the room, there was a strong odor, initially making me think the toilet hadn’t been flushed. The room had a hole in the wall, stained carpet, and visible dirt and mold in the bathtub corners. The tub and sink were missing strainers, debris was already in the drains, and no bath mat was provided, making the floor slippery. Basic items were missing or broken, including coat hangers, a cracked non-working hair dryer, a wobbly desk, and a filthy coffee maker. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were very poor.

walls in room was peeling, no phone in the rooms, all vending machines was out of order, they had no clean towels nor rags when we first checked in and none in the rooms. next morning they only had 2 clean rags to give out and bathrooms were unsanitary. highly do not recommend this property to anyone!!

Booked a non smoking room. But the room smelled like someone just finished smoking in there before I arrived. There was someone knocking at my door a couple times during my stay.. But every time I went to the door.. no one was there.. The morning of checkout I saw a mouse run from under my bed to the heater. Immediately went to the front desk to report what I saw.. Staff was pleasant.

This was one of the least pleasant stays I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel has potential to be magnificent, but is just horribly run down and dirty. The pretty restaurant and bar in the photos? That's closed and dark. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It felt like a very old mattress. The carpets were super dirty, both in and out of the rooms. The toilet wobbled back and forth on the floor, so using it was a balancing act. The shower rod was not securely mounted to the walls and was hanging down at a severe angle, and seemed like it was about to fall off. The heater didn't work and only blew out cold air. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they offered to put us into another room. I had just heard someone else making the same complaint about their room, so chose not to move. We walked in and turned on the lights and saw a cockroach scurrying to hide behind the mirror. After we left, we found that my daughter's backpack, which she kept on the ground, had been chewed through by mice. So, mice, cockroaches, badly dirty carpets, and a general state of disrepair made this a pretty unpleasant stay. I will say that the shower itself had great water pressure and temperature, which was a pleasant surprise. The place has a lot of potential, but they're going to have to dump a LOT of money into cleaning it and fixing it up. My prediction is that the place will be closed in a year. There's no way I would return, it's just not worth the lower prices.

The room needed maintenance. The lamp shades were damaged. The curtains had gaping areas, with broken, missing hooks. The carpet had several dark patches, dirty areas. The bathroom had no air flow, no ventilation. The bathtub couldn’t be filled.
