Customer service was not good at all. We didn’t have towels so we asked for them and it was like putting out the front desk lady. The remote in the room was broken and she didn’t want to get it fix or even try to help us at all. We found batteries on the floor which helped it work. The floors are old carpet which are dirty. It’s very outdated inside and out. We thought the bar/lounge area was open where it was Saturday night but it was not and the lady was rude about it. There was some sketchy people in the parking lot and area the building. The beds were clean but there were stains on the walls and top blankets . The towels that were given to us were stained but smelled clean. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Very inexpensive for the area. Close to so many things to do and see in the Hudson Valley. Room was worn but clean except the carpet. Very nice staff. Location might look sketchy, but no problems. Great breakfast buffet included. Good food, great selection. It's definitely a budget stay, so don't expect anything upscale.

After we went downstairs for breakfast, we went back to our room and our hotel room door was open. We told the front desk, they said it was probably the staff. But this was at 8am, no one should be going into our room and then leaving the door open. Very odd, we will never return there again.

Not sure how Expedia derives their star ratings , but this place does not come close to 3 stars by any stretch of the imagination. wallpaper falling off the walls , 30 year old stinky carpet , food left in the mini fridge . It was low level stuff . Again , if it had been labeled 2 stars , it would have been expected perhaps but it will be the last time I trust Expedia on any kind of rating system . Terrible

The property has no internet. The people at the desk are very polite and trying to tell you that it's your responsibility to call a number which you will spend countless hours going through your phone so that's a problem. The problem is they have no internet at all. You can drive to local McDonald's or dunkin' donuts and not have a problem. They don't want to do anything about it. And when you're out of town for an extended period of time and you need internet access which is a basic at motels nowadays and it was promised. When they tell me that I have to call a number because their Internet isn't working. And the person there keeps having me going through all the settings on the phone. It's just a big joke. I don't think I've ever left a bad review but there's no doubt I won't be back here. If you could be honest and say my Internet isn't working I might be understanding but if you want to blow smoke. I'm not stupid. My company has two rooms booked there and it won't be booking there anymore. Lost revenues that's the way you hurt them. Maybe the investors will go for better management.

The amenities, namely carpet and beds, are really old but in an acceptable state in terms of comfort. We slept comfortably. Very good breakfast served.

It's not the greatest hotel and I had to change rooms because the first one reeked of cigarettes but the second one was satisfactory and had a cheaping in a microwave. The bed is acceptable. If I could have given it three and a half Stars I would have.

The location is perfect for the price if you want to use the rail station at Tarrytown to get to NYC. Just a drive across the Hudson and you are there. Both the hotel and station are just a short distance off the ramps for 287. Continental breakfast was great and the dining area was spacious and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is a great location to explore Nyack and it's waterfront. The room at the back section of the hotel was fine. The room was a little worn, but clean and everything worked. The beds and bedding were great and the bath was nice. Free parking, a luxury in these parts. The only complaint is the AC produced a slight cigarette odor, even though the hotel has a very strict no smoking policy. The cleaning staff did a great job in minimizing this, but cigarette smoke is so difficult to get rid of. We will definitely stay again the next time we go to NYC.
