「I never completed my stay because the property SOLD my room! I was skeptical as to whether I would stay here, but took the chance and booked a “Pay at the Property” room. I contacted them at 5pm telling them that I’d arrive around 30min. I was told that they tried to charge my card, but it was denied, and they tried to contact me, but no answer. 「The Wi-Fi connection is terrible it would not hold a connection for longer than about 10 minutes and then would disconnect. The hot water is non-existent on the third floor - I let it run for more than 15 minutes and it still was barely lukewarm. The room was clean, but the hallways are dark and have a strange smell (maybe some type of cleaner). The bathroom tubs are not really practical for someone who needs assistance in and out of the shower - the grab bars are not in the right location or...

「The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again.」
