「We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. 」

「Property was great! The host/property manager was wonderful! Checked up on us and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. Short walk to the beach and had all we needed for days we spent at the beach. Gym , pool, onsite convenience store, laundry room and tennis courts! Will definitely come back! 」

It is fully equipped with everything you need including beach towels and chairs. I love the close proximity to the beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. Safe and comfortable. Property host and coordinator was excellent. Will return to this property again. 」
