「I must thank the customer service staff here; they helped guests check in smoothly!
Although the room was a bit old, the front desk staff's enthusiasm was enough to keep guests coming back. The only downside was some hair on the pillow, but that was a minor issue, and the staff provided new pillowcases.」

「Having the front desk come knocking on the door at 5:30pm on a Sat. afternoon asking to keep our voice level down seemed odd and unnecessary. We were just 4 happy friends who have not seen each other for quite some time meeting up before attending a concert together. It must be extremely thin walls and doors. You can make of it what you will.」
