"The unit that my family rented was having renovations done on the outside. There was a lot of tools, wires, saw dust outside which was not safe for my little kids. I requested some type of remediation from Sierra Lane. They did move me to another unit that was not undergoing construction and Expedia was excellent in providing some compensation. I will definitely book with Expedia again!!"

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "
