「During our stay, we experienced the following severe issues:
Public Areas: The lobby and level 3 elevator floors were visibly filthy with housekeeping cart wheel marks and were never cleaned during our two-night stay. The women’s lobby bathroom trash was overflowing and remained unemptied the entire weekend, and there was no hand soap.
Room 323: The sink and bathtub backed up. Maintenance ignored our call, forcing my son to ask for a snake to clear the drain himself. The toilet handle was...

「After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room!
