「This is our third time staying at this property, and our previous visits were absolutely wonderful. That's exactly why we chose to return for our Fourth of July vacation with our little ones. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. We were initially assigned to Condo 30209, which was in unacceptable condition. Because of its poor condition, we requested to be moved. We were then assigned to Condo 40203, but unfortunately, it was even worse. The oven was filthy, exposed...

「This place is in poor condition, pool water as well. Staff attempted to charge me early check in without making us aware. Checked in 30 min prior to their 3:00. Attendant at desk wasn’t informative at all and made us wait out in heat while room was already turned over by house keeping. STAY AWAY !」

「The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.」

「Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.」
