「Nothing to dislike, this was the best hotel I have ben to for a long time. It is set apart from the main area of Canfranc Estacion and has a unique history. The decor is wonderful, especially the ceilings. Comfortable room, excellent dining. Lovely friendly, attentive and professional staff. 」

「Solucionaron un error grave, ya que había una oferta y, la habitación que te asignaban, no correspondía con la de las imágenes de la web de Expedia. Aún siendo una época complicada de reservas, nos dieron la opción de una habitación muy superior con un pequeño suplemento de precio. Atención excelente.」

「 Super sejour Le personnel est au top les patrons très gentils Pour dire je ne parle et ne comprends pas l’espagnol la patronne tous les soirs nous a marqué le menu en francais sur un papier tres beau geste et de professionnalisme . 「The weather was not great as we arrived and left, but it was the front desk that made our stay bright on a rainy day. Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. Upon check in the manager was just as accommodating. Well done team. You made a difference. 」

「Hotel dejado al abandono, poco personal hasta el punto de no dar cenas, el poco personal sin ganas de trabajar. Se negaron a hacerme factura por el hecho de haber pagado a través de hoteles.com, hotel rancio y con mal olor. 」
