「Good location &services for my short trip. Room is clean & comfort.」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「Overnight stay , arrived late the restaurant had closed but vending machine and microwave saved the Day. Good breakfast comfortable room . Quirky location. A little disappointed not to hear the animals but considering the weather they were probably tucked up asleep. 」

「Very very very bad hotel ever , the staff is very rude, the room is dirty, no hot water, from 9 pm to 2am , someone talking loudly in the pathway, I make complain with staff, they said nothing to do , it cost me 64 pounds , not worth it. Overall bad bad very bad hotel」

「Was greeted pleasantly with a smile and was checked in quickly. Reception dealt promptly with my queries. Food in hotel was good and service was as expected. Good choices on the menu, and a good selection of drinks, all be it , a little pricey, but I expect that from these places. Hotel has plenty of parking. Room was small but sufficient for me. air con and heating worked. Everything is good quality but I felt there could have been at least a plug or phone socket by side of bed. But just...

「Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the building and attached restaurant. Slightly older decoration but clean and comfortable. Perfect location, just off main road. Large twin room was great for relaxing in.」

「I booked two single beds by mistake but the lovely lady at the Beverly inn up graded me to a double very nice very helpful thank you 」

「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」
