“Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”

“This place never reads the request that we can add while booking.... ie I always want first floor and always put this request in my booking yet every time I stay here they ignore my request. This time was no different the whole place was empty on my arrival and they wouldn't honor my request that I had on my booking... they say I have to call them to book.... they have done this several times to me as spend three nights a month in that town”
