「We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control. Hubby was in the hospital for surgery, the Residence Inn is virtually across the street and honors a discount for family of patients.
