“The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. “Location is 6 mins walk from the middle gate of the Forrest Park entrance and about 20 mins DiDi ride to Walingyuen or Xibu Old Street. Staff super helpful. Gave us great suggestions on places to visit and also sold tickets to attractions. Breakfast buffet was fine..mix of Chinese and Western foods.
