「The host is super friendly and very attentive. She helped me a lot when I had trouble communicating with taxi drivers. She also helped me organize my itinerary and showed me the best places to visit. If I come back to China and Zhangjiajie, I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Great hotel! The owner, Carol, very nice and helpful. Full of recommendations for the park. Basically a guide. She is wonderful, and the hotel is very nice, filled with great people. Just for Carol I would recommend. But overall, great hotel. 」
