At night, the shower did not have cold water so I called the front desk. They were able to offer me a new room. We just asked for a room for shower. It’s good that they were quick to respond....

「This was my first stay in a Hilton Home2 Suites hotel and I was delighted with my room. It was spacious and bright and clean and had a great little kitchen that was well supplied with dishes and utensils. I loved the couch also- so much more comfortable than the usual hotel chairs. I’d definitely stay in this chain again if available on my travels.」

「Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. 「This was the WORST experience EVER! The only thing the room was missing was bedbugs. The floor was OILY! It smelled like stale cigarettes and pizza. There was hair on the toilet. We booked this motel at the last minute for a one-night stay in Saginaw this past weekend, based on price point and reading all the reviews online. The reviews were completely inaccurate.
