“We’re there for one night and it is a first class hotel. Just out of town with a beautiful view of the countryside. Lovely large room with a great bed and English tv channels. Only downside was we could barely hear the person next door snoring. Too bad but not loud enough to bother us.”

“Fraud? Worst experience of my entire traveling life. I am a professional writer and I travel all over the world. This hotel took 12 days of pre-reserve money from me and wasn’t even open for business. We tried for two days prior to my arriving to call them to check on things like Internet accessibility and no one answered the phone. Red flag. When I got there, gates were locked, it was run down, closed up, stray cats in the yard, what looked like squatters in the building, unkempt, bare dirt……
