"The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly."

"Good and spacious room, comfortable bed. Kind staff. Breakfast was varied and with minute-made omelets. Ideal location."

"Opportunity for improvement: -Hot water was just lukewarm -No standing shower -Tub door would not close fully resulting in wet floor -work table had no lighting Positives -Staff were super nice -checkin/checkout was smooth -food was good quality"

"Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio"

"The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever."

"Staff and reception all extremely cordial and helpful. Location excellent."

"Great for family use, business use. Firstly there are enough space. Secondary staffs behave with tenderness."
