“Clean comfortable room Attentive staff”

“The rooms had not been cleaned properly. A really awful disgusting smells from outside is in the hotel and bedrooms. it comes from a sewage lake close by. To compensate they put on a extremely heavy air freshener that makes things worse. The hotel and staff are great but the hygiene levels are awful. They need to put in a air purification to ensure the smell does not come into the hotel. ”

“Very inventive staff the turban door man at the entrance was a great help advising in getting by around Amritsar and offered very useful assistance ”

“ Our stay was truly wonderful. Chef Pankaj and his F&B team, especially servers Akshit and Harman, were outstanding. The food was delicious and freshly prepared to our preferences. The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs — their service was excellent. The only area that could use improvement is the overall cleanliness and the air conditioning, ”

“I was only here for 1 night, so this is probably why I'm giving it a 5 star rating (I didn't get to stay long enough to find anything negative about the place) My flight to Amritsar was scheduled to arrive at 10pm,, but arrived at 12:45am). I was booked at a hotel 30 minutes away from the airport but they shut at midnight. The closest hotel to the airport is Sandhu Homestay so i ended up staying here for one night. I'm actually glad I did. It's a nice place, far nicer than the hotel I……
