“We stayed for just one night and were blown away by how stunning the chateau and its views. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive without being fussy. We stayed in the Napoleon suite which had incredible views of the Loire from the balcony. The room itself was huge with beautiful period furniture and features. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with double sinks and shower and all necessities supplied were good quality. We enjoyed great food and……

“Gorgeous property -- loved the authentic early-20th century architecture and decor, and yet modern bathrooms. Our room was enormous!!! A bit far for walking to the center of town, but very quiet and peaceful. Unique!”

“酒店位置超级好，就在小镇中心，周边餐馆林立。离城堡也近，只是我们没去，哈哈。老板服务非常热情，一副要和我聊很久提供很多服务的样子 只是我一天车马劳顿从杭州到巴黎然后租车直达索米尔，我的诉求就是赶紧进房间上厕所躺下来。所以我很无情的拒绝了老板的笑脸 哈哈。房间装修很别致，每个房间都很美，设施也齐全，还有热水壶，免费茶包糖果，只是老房子房间非常比较小。整个小酒店都很迷人，老板一家经营着 真羡慕这样的民宿呢。 这个镇还不小呢，还有装甲车博物馆 马术表演，只是我们去的时候都没有活动可惜了”

“Séjour fantastique, très bonne organisation sur tout le site, un personnel très agréable, attentif et courtois. Seul bémol, la propreté du logement qui laisse à désirer ( toiles d'araignées et araignées...), terrasse très sale notamment. un effort serait bienvenu sur ce dernier point. Nous reviendrons! ”

“There are always a few small things (our cold tap barely worked) but overall, this hotel was brilliant. Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. Its location right on the river and in the heart of a tiny but bustling little village is idyllic. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended ”
