“Very clean....great shower!!”

“Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling……

“The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. ”

“Well designed hotel. A little bit too small but very comfortable. Pet friendly and doesn’t chat extra pet fees.”

“The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff were very nice. The lobby/bar areas are beautifully decorated. We had a deluxe king room w/ a partial lake view. The room was surprisingly on the small side. I was looking for something larger considering this is a 4 star recently remodeled hotel. The bathroom was very small. The rain shower head was a plus. Disappointing that the mirror did not have magnifier or Led Lights. The worst part of our stay is the bed/mattress was HARD. It was the……
