“The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. It was already almost 11pm, and our kids were tired and still hadn’t showered, so we asked to switch rooms.
