"It's bad stay. There is no privacy in room no 204. Window and curtain are not matched. Over all it's bad stay."

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"From check-in to check-out, everything was super smooth. Staff were always very cordial, rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with all amenities. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Goa."

"Make no mistake, this is not a 4 star hotel. There are better in the local area for a lot less money. When you checkout, they make you wait until they have checked your room before they will let you leave! Then, their on-site taxi service charges you double what the locals do"

"Awesome villas and great staff. Each villa is assigned with dedicated staff that do the regular chores of maintenance. The villa is little far from beach and the 5bhk villa does not get sunlight hence the pool is too cold. Rest the rooms, cleanliness, customer service etc all were awesome."
