"This hotel is centrally located in Lisbon and looks regal from approach. Staff were friendly, the room was in good shape and a decent value for the money. The rooms could use more outlets, but it sounds like renovations are beginning this month. Our room had a great view of the castle! The rooftop bar is best for drinks rather than food, but had great views of the city. The veranda restaurant was fantastic in both view and food, although somewhat expensive. As mentioned in other reviews, there is one border of the hotel that looks a little sketchy, so just enter and exit from one of the 3 other locations. "

"Away from hub-hub. Quiet. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Staff go out of their way to accommodate your request and/or answer questions. My wife our 2 kids and I LOVED it !! Wish we could stay longer. OBRIGADO "
