It’s a decent place for the price. We stayed 3 nights when we landed and 2 nights before departure. During the first stay we got a room with a view which was nice but the washroom was too tight (toilet was so close to the sink that we had to sit side ways). During the second stay the room and washroom were bigger thankfully but no view. Rooms were clean. Both the airport and the city centre are 10-15 mins which is a big convenience. The only downside is the breakfast (it’s horrible).

We were allowed to check in early, which was especially welcome given torrential rain on 2 January. Staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout, with a smooth early check-in and swift check-out. The hotel was clean and high quality, with very comfortable beds. It’s centrally located, well connected, and close to several museums. We didn’t eat at the hotel due to an early airport check-in, but overall a really positive stay.

Nice clean Hotel! Very convenient, near the airport. Plenty of street parking but you can get paid parking indoor with the hotel as well. We had a family of 4 in one family room. It was clean and spacious. Excellent staff and great experience.

Everything was very satisfactory until the next morning when I woke up with i richness and bites caused by something in the bed I reported this to the front desk staff, who never checked the vadility of my complaints and said there was nothing they can do. I was checking out that morning and offered to show them the bites but they said they will appreciate it if I send them pictures of it. I was uncomfortable from the itching and utterly disgusted at their lack of concern and offered me free breakfast instead. I wrote a complaint to you with the assurance that they will get back to me in a few days, but heard nothing so far from anyone ! My complaint was not handled properly, especially as it caused me suffering and their lack of concern will cause others to suffer also. Very disappointed!
