Great apartments in a good walking distance to alfama which was where most of my trip was based. Felt like a safe area too which was nice as a female solo traveller. Room had everything I needed. Can be quite noisy ant night and noise from the aeroplanes is regular so a pair of earplugs for night is definitely recommended.

Don’t be cheap and spend more on a better hotel

Let me just say I normally don’t post reviews, but I’m making an exception this time. Pros: Location was solid, bed was comfortable. Cons: 1:No elevator. 2.It’s basically an old house converted to a hotel. 3. Rooms are very small and not built for tall people. 4. Bathroom is basically a closet. 5.Our room was basically in the attic. 6. No reception in the hotel but in their other building down the street. 7.Could barely move in the shower. 8. Toilets basically loose. 9. Towels low quality. This hotel is not worth the $$$ and you’ll be a lot happier if you’d just spend a lil extra money for a better place. You’ll thank me later

I Would Not Stay Again

So called suit room is just a sofa and two big boilers in the kitchen, even you don't have space to walk, you can not sleep on the sofa, they don't change your room, management is so rude, and uninterested, reception is in an another hotel, won't recommend to anyone

Worst Stay Ever, Would Not Recommend to Anyone

This is the only (so what hotel) that i had to sleep on a sofa, there are two boilers on the kitchen making noise, you can here the metro for the whole night, homeless tents next to the entrance. When we have complains about the room, the management says that we had accepted to stay on a sofa? They changed the room on the last day so we carried our luggages and when we are out they decided to take our luggages to another room without even noticing us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the only credit i can give is to people in the reception (which in fact in another hotel)

A Stay Marred by Neglect and Unresolved Issues

I stayed for three nights in room 305 and was met with a series of issues. There was a mouldy smell, leading to a cough, and a sewage odor in the bathroom. I found a cockroach, and the door didn't close securely. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the boilers was unbearable. Only half the power sockets worked, and the soap holder fell during the night. Despite reporting these problems, the receptionist’s response felt insincere. I believe they were aware of the issues but chose to do nothing. Avoid this place.

Pros The location was good, the metro station is in front of the hotel and walking distance to the city centre. The staff at the sister hotel (who gave us our key and assisted with check in and check out) are very kind and frendly. The room was clean and kept this way throughout our stay. The room was ample sized for a city centre and shower hot and with strong water pressure. The bed was huge and we both had a comfortable nights sleep for the duration of our stay. The A/C worked great for heating and cooling the room. The safe was convenient and easy to use. Cons The apartment complex appeared to be under construction / unfinished. When we initially went to our room there was an overwhelming smell of must/ plaster or that the room hadn’t been aired out for a while. Thankfully by the next day this had subsided. The room was in the lower ground floor, and although we had a courtyard, there was no view from this. With our room (004) being underground and immediately outside a metro stop, I’d urge anyone who is a light sleeper to upgrade to a room on the upper floors or find an alternative location. The noise was distinctly noticeable and may be highly disruptive for some - we soon got used to this.

A localização é muito boa, literalmente com metrô na porta da acomodação. A equipe muitíssimo gentil, especialmente o Carlos que foi extremamente atencioso conosco. Só não dou 5 estrelas porque é um pouco ruim a recepção não ficar em outro local e a estrutura não é 100%, mas bem dentro do que esperávamos pelo custo benefício.

Zimmer 004 - befindet sich im Keller des Gebäudes. Es riecht stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel und schimmelt auch tatsächlich in den Ecken. Nach Beschwerde bei der Rezeption (die sich in einem anderen Hotel befindet), konnte keine alternative Lösung gefunden werden. Daher sind wir nach nur einer statt wie geplant drei Nächten verfrüht abgereist - Geld vor Ort gab es keines zurück, die zuständige Stelle hat sich bis jetzt nicht zurückgemeldet und wir bleiben wahrscheinlich auf den Kosten sitzen. 👎👎

Mangler vedligeholdelse. Hotellets reception er nedlagt og forladt. Tjek ind og morgenmad på andet hotel på modsatte side af gaden, Vi fik værelse i kælderen, hvor eneste udsigt var gennem 5 meget høj skakt. Der lugtede kraftigt af mug. Lyden fra en metro under hotellet var meget høj når togene kørte. Klagede over værelset - men fik aldrig et svar. Hotellet kan IKKE anbefales

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und können uns über nichts beschweren. Wir waren im 4. Stock und hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Einziger Nachteil: es gab nur einen Gepäckaufzug. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr nett gewesen, wir konnten auch unsere Koffer vor dem Check-in und nach dem Check-out im Hotel lagern. Beim Frühstück gibt es keine große Auswahl, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Zu Fuß braucht man ca 40 Min. ins Zentrum, allerdings kann man sich hier günstig über Uber fortbewegen. Für einen Kurztrip können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Para começar não existe cama,é um sofá cama extremamente desconfortável e quebrado que não acomoda duas pessoas!A água do chuveiro não esquenta,para subir as malas tem apenas um pequeno elevador!A recepção é 100 m do local e vc tem que carregar as malas nas mãos até lá!Cafe da manhã só sobras!

A experiência não foi das melhores , primeiro quando cheguei me deram quarto 5. Quarto no térreo aonde se escuta barulho de todos os lados inclusive e ao lado da rouparia. Houve uma noite pelas 2 da manhã os funcionários estavam arrumando a rouparia. No 2 dia de hospedagem entrou uma barata no meu quarto aonde tive q mudar para o 4 andar porém na última noite tbm encontrei outra barata mudando pela 2 vez o quarto. Os funcionários são atenciosos e foram solicitos com as minhas necessidades porém pelo fato das baratas e do barulho não recomendo.

Die Information, dass das Hotel, indem ich einchecken muss , sich in 100 m Entfernung von der Rezeption befindet habe ich erst erhalten als ich schon auf dem Weg zum Flughafen war. Ich frage mich was Menschen machen, die außerhalb ihrer Heimat keinen Internetzugang haben. An meinem letzten Tag stand nämlich mitten in der Nacht ein Mann vor dem Hotel hat an Türen und Fenstern geklopft und herumgeschrien. Ich habe die Rezeption kontaktiert, es hat sich nichts getan, obwohl die junge Dame meinte, dass sie sich darum kümmern wird. Am Morgen um 7:00 Uhr bin ich schließlich aufgewacht und musste dem Mann helfen mit seinen Koffern einzuchecken, weil auch meine Anrufe einfach nicht mehr entgegengenommen wurden!!! Ich habe das Zimmer mit der Nummer 002 im Erdgeschoss bekommen und konnte alles hören, was sich auf der Straße abgegeben hat. Den einen Stern gibt's nur für die freundlichen cleaning ladies und dem Rezeptionist Pedro Eiras.
