“Very nice, cozy cabin a bit in the woods. Very easy to get to Eureka Springs, either Beavee or Taneycomo lakes, King River, etc. ”

“Room was well supplied and host was very accommodating with late check out request. Only thing that would make it better was some lighting above the coffee table area as it's very dark at night and a brighter bulb above the bathroom sink.”

“Very nice B&B. Walkable to most of Eureka Spings, but is quite hilly. If the climb is tough the Trolley Stop is right in front of the property. The hosts are fantastic, will go back”

“The property was very clean. Communication was not the best. I received several emails stating I would get all the check in information two days before the check in. The information was not sent until the day of check in. The kitchen is dark, one bulb in the main fixture was not working. Could use a light over the range. With the bed in the loft the Morning sun starts hitting the bed through the window above the a/c unit shortly after sunrise. A blind or shade would be nice to allow some time……

“Everything was perfect. Instructions for heater/ air conditioner would be a great addition. Figured out how to turn it off and because of weather it was perfect. Excellent views and very quiet and peaceful. ”
