“Turks and Caicos is an expensive island so there was good value in staying at The Sands. They are within walking distance to a small downtown area and to their sister hotel, The Palms. Food at Hemingway’s was good and the restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool and beach, however they have a tiny bar area and infrequent service to the beach area. There would be better use of space if they had a bar area on the deck closer to the beach. We had some issues with our lights not shutting……

“Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows.……
