“Friendly staff and Josie Wyatt restaurant was wonderful. Loved that they were dog friendly as well.”

“This property was an ideal base for our outdoor adventures in Moab. Early every day, we made breakfast and a packed lunch in the kitchen which had everything we needed (but no dishwasher). We took very long hikes and/or mountain bike rides each day. We ate out in Moab each night. The bathroom was good... with decent water pressure in the shower. “Lovely setting, quiet area, beautiful and well maintained property, very peaceful. Well run with delicious breakfasts and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our stay, although disappointed the hot tub was not working one night after a big day of hiking.”

“Very cute and quiet place. Nice outdoor space”

“The townhome was great for our group of 5 + 2 dogs. More would still be comfortable. Kitchen was super usable — lots of dishes, flatware, appliances…and SHARP knives! Everything was very clean. ”

“It was more then i expected, the kitchen was fully equipped. The rooms were bright and clean . we love moab and this just added to our enjoyment. The kids even had a playroom under the stairs which they loved.”

“We loved our stay at Cottonwood. It was comfortable, quiet & had everything we could need or want. Highly recommend this unit for anyone!”
