"The Pfister Hotel has a lot of history in Milwaukee and is recognized as one of the most historic hotels in America. The hotel has a lot of character. I used the valet service to park my car. They were courteous and punctual. The lobby is currently undergoing construction so I was unable to see the entire decor and beauty in the pictures. The front desk was very friendly and offered me a glass of champagne at check in. The hotel was at maximum capacity over the weekend. The room was nice but...

As soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly valet employees who helped me park me car while we checked in. "The valet area workers are very rude. When I pulled up to just check in the lalet said you cant park here and to go find another spot. Parking valet cars in front of the main entrance is stupid as it is the only area for hotel guests to park to check in. Why dont they use the parking garage to park valet cars."

"Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is really nice. Staff was courteous. The area is nice and plenty of stuff around specially being next to the mall. My only gripe with this place is the fees. You want wifi? Unless you book direct with them you have to pay about $15 per day to get wifi. You want a faster wifi? then you have to pay more. You want parking? You gotta pay for that as well. Otherwise great place. "

"I personally feel as if there should’ve been more advertisement about the hotel and it may events going on nearby more of a listing of the food and the room service and drinks. I think that would help with sales for the hotel and I think the guest would like that I know I would. "
