“Second day saw bedbug and killed it. Reported to front desk. No return call from manager, Yaw, at all. Spent money on laundry and will need to throw away all our luggage. Very disappointed and disgusting”

“Everything is Good.”

“非常好”

“The staff are very friendly, the soundproofing is a little bad, but it is very comfortable to live! Recommend!”

“Very nice ”

“This trip wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Lynn the General Manager of Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal. I reached out because I was younger than the required check in age and was having problems with my trip. Lynn quickly solved my issues and got back to me making sure I got a room and I had an incredible stay thereafter. Thanks again to the Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal, Lynn, and the whole team.”

“Breakfast was amazing! And the lobby was beautiful”

“Nice location close to everything, easy check in and out , good customer service, clean room with all you need.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the room and property was clean more like an apartment. We stayed during Halloween so there was a party that I don’t think was authorized it hit a little loud and people were in and out but it’s a college town. Eventually it was shutdown and peace was restored. Would stay again!”

“Wonderful”

“It was a good stay until a loud party next room taking place that made me call front office at 3 in the morning.”

“No water pressure in room . Breakfast was very sad”

“This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition.”
