"Perfect location and comfortable hotel with a great breakfast "

"We had a clean, spacious, and bright room. The breakfast was delicious. The entrance may be a bit confusing at first, as you drive through an archway, but it is easy to go thorough. The location is good, just steps from the Old Bazaar and within walking distance of Skopje’s main monuments. The hotel is a great choice for both comfort and convenience."

"Stay at a different hotel. This one was beyond unacceptable when it came to cleanliness and customer service. The restaurants were both good. Housekeeping did not clean my bathroom on third day during my 8-day stay. I asked them to clean it for the next morning but course they didn't clean it nor did they clean it the third day. There was no attention given to cleaning the sink or toilet. The front desk had no regard for other inquiries either. Unwilling to help find a lost jacket left in the...

"Staff was not available upon arrival, front door did not work, both showers in our room were broken and the breakfast was sub-par. Room was of good size and location was close to attractions. "
