First check-in attempt at 6 am failed - very uncooperative reception staff ....(no room until 2 pm ! - due to hotel policy). 2nd check-in attempt at 9 am worked beautifully - very friendly staff had a clean room available and I did not need to camp out in the lobby anylonger. Same hotel - 2 very different experiences - it all depends on the people behind the counter."
