「We had an excellent experience! We hours before our check in and had just been caught in a very heavy rain fall. The staff was amazing and was able to get us into our room. The room was clean and very quiet, even being close to the elevator. The breakfast was amazing. Great staff and the food was fantastic! The Riu definitely goes above and beyond! We are traveling Ireland and are so glad we booked another stay at the Riu when we return to Dublin!」

「I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. 」

「It was difficult to find the pick up point for the shuttle bus, the airport needs more so she and the hotel should provide more / better instructions with booking confirmation. Once at the hotel everything is great. Note shuttles run every 30 min except there is no 9am or noon shuttles. So plan accordingly for your arrival time」

「Valet parking was quite expensive. Hotel was lovely and location was great. Walking distance to Temple bars and restaurants. 」
