"Decent size room which was clean and had the usual. Below the hotel there is a huge Casino or several, with multiple bars and food halls. Decent seating with sports on big screens, recommended"

"From the time of arrival on the 12th floor, where the Hotel lobby is located, in this quaint boutique hotel, I was greeted with superior customer service which continued during my short stay. Room service is Johnny on the Spot and arrived in 20 minutes. Everything was tasty, delightful, and made to order. "

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"Room was 1 floor above ground level right next to a Terminal entrance. Car horns all night long along with Police Sirens and the Police yelling at the driver's of the cars picking up or dropping off at the terminal. Absolutely no sleep. For the money charged for 1 night's stay, Absolutely worthless."

"The hotel was right by the subway entrance. If you plan on going to Manhattan for the majority of your trips, it's only 20 minutes subway and a 2-5 min walk to the nearest entrance. Room was spacious, but kind of ?? that you could tell the ceiling was sloppily fixed from leakage. Also kind of annoying that they start you off with only two towels and a like 2 bottles of shampoo/etc despite our room having a queen king bed which obviously meant there were at least 4 people staying.... staff...
