For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. "Excellent service, nice hotel. Courtney C., at the reception, went above and beyond, speaking to her manager, and then reaching out to Hotels.com to get a refund for me because I had to check out one day early. I checked out in the afternoon, so most hotels would charge you a full night's price anyways especially if it was already paid through a third party. And she followed up with a nice personal email later. (Let's see if Hotels.com comes through, they've been terrible before). "
